Who we are

Awakeye is the studio of Thomas van den Berg, based in the Netherlands with an office in Pereira, Colombia. For anything about your data, reach us through the contact form.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address, budget range, message, language and the page you sent it from. We use these only to reply to you. The form sends them to us by email and the website does not store them.

No tracking

This site uses no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies.

Technical data

To show this site, your IP address and browser details reach the services that deliver it: Cloudflare (hosting, form delivery and protection against abuse), Google Fonts (typefaces), and cdnjs and jsDelivr (scripts). Some of these companies are based in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to help you and to meet our legal record-keeping duties.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
